Eye Vitamin Dose Recommendations

Recommendations to help slow the development or progression of macular degeneration or cataracts: 1,000 mg. of Vitamin C
5,000 I.U. of Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene)
400 I.U. of Vitamin E

The above may be taken at breakfast or split between breakfast and lunch.

If possible these should be taken on an empty stomach. If difficult to tolerate or causes nausea take with meals. 100 mg Zinc, Sulfate, Picolinate, or Gluconate
1 mg Copper (elemental)
20 mg Manganese
20 mg Leuten
